January 2022 - Typhoon Odette Relief Aid - Bohol Provice
One Heart for Hope provided solar lights and blankets to children and families in Bohol whose houses were totally damaged by Typhoon Odette. Much gratitude to ICM members for their assistance and to their constituents,  Kagawad Clement Lofranco Ingking for his assistance, to Baranggay Booy constituents, brothers Danilo Arayata and Tolitz Arayata for helping in this mission. For years, OHFH had been distributing quality solar lights to hard to reach powerless communities and typhoon ravaged towns.

January 2022 - Late Holiday Giving - Cabangan, Zambales 
36 children from 35 fisherfolk families in Cabangan, Zambales were given "media noche" package for the New Year celebration. Most of their livelihood were severely affected by the pandemic. 
Thanks to the help of Alon & Araw Club with its mission to provide the less-privileged youth an avenue to hone their skills in surfing and, at the same time, to teach responsibility towards the environment. Huge thanks to Alon & Araw Coach Donn Quintos , Gabi del Rosario and One Heart For Hope resident surfer/instructor/volunteer Mark Anthony Jereza for taking care of these children and for giving them hope. The discipline, the sports advocacy, the environmental awareness you are teaching these kids will be their foundation for a better and responsible future

January 2022 - New Year Giving - Aetas of San Marcelino, Zambales
Food packs given to Aeta community for their New Year "media noche" meals in San Marcelino, Zambales. Thank you to our very active senior volunteers. Ampy Lim, Daniel Lansang, Leticia Ramos, Rodelio Antonel, and Lala Elvira

February 2022-  OHFH extends help in Guimaras Women Seaweed Farmers
The livelihood of women of Panabolon Island, province of Guimaras were shattered when typhoon Odette destroyed their seaweed farms. One Heart For Hope partnered with Seed4Com to restart their sustainable livelihood through seaweed. We also plan to resume mangrove planting as part of our coastal conservation initiative.  Our solar partner, Power4All provides our durable solar powered torches that give the power of life to these families in remote islands where electricity are nonexistent. Blankets were also diven to ease the lives of people in this powerless island.

January 2022 - New Year Giving, T'Boli Children - South Cotabato
Even in the most remote mountain ranges of So. Cotabato, OHFH continues to give joy and celebrate the New Year to the Indigenous Learning School of T’boli children. Thanks to Ms. Anita Castillon, day care coordinator for all her hardwork and passion to serve these children, their families and the community of Barangay t’kunel, Lake Sebu, South Cotabato.
January 2022 - Late Holiday Giving - San Narciso, Zambales - Children from San Narciso, Zambales were the last recipients of Christmas meal packages. Mostly indigent, these kids are hungry for love and knowledge. La Paz Amianan Surfers Coach- Virgel Ramos train these children to be self-reliant and active even in the time of pandemic. We hope that these children would excel in their studies and in sports with their mentoring for the years to come. 
January 2022 - Kabankalan Solar Outreach - Negros Occidental
Purok Pag-imokan, in the mountainous part of Brgy. Oringao, Kabankalan, Negros Occidental was ravaged by typhoon Odette few months ago. This village has no power due to its remote location. Noel Galang, together with volunteers handed out solar lights and blankets to 50+ families. As promised, your donation will be handed out personally to the people even in the farthest localities. 
March 2022 -OHFH Brings Hope to Indigenous Students in General Nakar, Quezon
The Sentrong Paaralan Ng Mga Agta in General Nakar in Quezon Province is the only school offering Indigenous People Education (IPED). Almost all the students here are staying in the school dorm because their houses are hours and miles walk away. 236 elementary and high school students benefitted from this project. School supplies, hygiene kits, canned goods, groceries, and sacks of rice were distributed. 
July 20, 2022 - One Heart for Hope return to Caramoan, Camarines Sur, island of Lahuy, in Sitio Lipata that took volunteers 14 hours of land travel by bus and 2 hours by boat. This sitio never had electricity. One Heart For Hope donated portable but very bright solar floodlights for use of the schools and the community, hygiene kits (towel, toothbrush, toothpastes, and soap) and sporting goods for the children. One Heart For Hope would like to thank the teachers of Lipata Elementary School headed by Sir Windell, and his team of teachers, most of whom are working as volunteers and away from home. Huge thanks also to those who donated for this project namely: The Ferrero Kids (Dominic. Adriana, and Daniela), the Lam Family of San Francisco and friends and personal friends of Noel Galang. 
July 28, 2022 - A Day of Gift Giving in Cabangan
One Heart For Hope visited San Juan Elementary School Annex in Cabangan, Zambales to distribute school bags and 4 kilos of rice donated by Angels Of Hope to 100 students. Inside the bag we also gave out crayons, face towels, water bottles, and assorted school supplies. The children also has a sumptuous snack of chicken sopas. It was a very festive day specially for children who would start the school year with face to face classes on August. Huge thanks to Angels of Hope for partnering with us in giving hope to the marginalized indigenous peoples of Zambales.
Nov 5, 2022 - T'boli tribe of South Cotabato  Once again, One Heart For Hope visited the distant island of Mindanao, the T'boli tribe of South Cotabato, bringing cheers and hope to the students who were about to experience Face-To-Face classes after more than two years of pandemic. With the kind participation of CO Krisju Punzalan and his troops, we were able to reach this distant sitio of Salacafe. OHFH distributed school supplies to more than 300 elementary students. It was a very festive occasion as the students presented their indigenous dance and mingled with us and the soldiers. After the program, a hearty to almost 600 people. 
One Heart For Hope would like to thank all those who helped make this project a success. Thank you William Sy, Alma Bala, Ampy Lim, Antonio Claparols and Commander Krisju Punsalan. Huge thank you also to School Head Julius Flores and his teachers. And to the long time OHFH volunteer, Ryan Carbero, your dedication is amazing.


Dec 28, 2022 - San Marcelino Zambales Christmas Gift Giving
The students of Buhawen Elementary School, most of whom are children of indigenous Aeta people, got their Christmas treat from One Heart For Hope and it's very generous partners, namely: Ed Lim of World Cargo Technology, Ampy Cruz of Villa Amparo Private Pool in Laguna, and Girdhari Sajnani of Indigoglobal Inc. OHFH would also like to thank donations that came from friends and their families. Our pamaskong "noche buena bag" consisted of 5 kilos of rice, spaghetti set, cheese, corned beef, and cans of sardines. The children feasted on yummy arroz caldo, breads, biscuits, and big juicy Fuji apples. The teachers and school helpers also received laptop bags and t-shirts. Indigoglobal Inc. donated filing cabinets and office chairs for the school to use. 
Huge thanks to all those who participated and volunteered on this joyful mission of giving. And to the teachers and parents of BES, thank you very much for the preparation, sumptuous snacks, and warm welcome.
Dec. 18 2022 -Christmas Giving to One Heart for Hope Scholars in Valenzuela City 
One Heart for Hope (OHFH)-Philippines made their elementary & high school scholars’ Christmas merrier. Held in Gen. T. De Leon Elementary School, Valenzuela City, the team shared premium Christmas packages and assorted useful gifts with their elementary and high school scholars, as well as grocery items for their families. This is an annual Christmas giving to scholars and their families. #oneheartforhope #givingback
